Vitalinu Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya suspected of violation of privacy ex-wife. Earlier the woman’s lawyer has filed an appeal against seizure of funds from her safe Deposit box.

In Moscow city court held a hearing on the case of the former wife of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan. As journalists, the arrest of one million rubles belonging Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, was recognized. The appeal of the pianist declined.

Earlier the former wife of Djigarkhanyan was charged under article 137 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Infringement of inviolability of private life”). Woman suspected of illegal collection and dissemination of private information about personal and family life of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan. According to investigators, Vitalina did not receive permission from her husband for such activities.

The court also imposed security a lien on the property Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya – account apartment on Molodogvardeyskaya street in Moscow and one million roubles – money which were in the Deposit box. As argued by Mara, law enforcement officers searched for the fake documents of fraudulent transactions in the field of real estate, but not found. In the result, it was decided to withdraw the money, the pianist found out by accident a few weeks later. According to Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, and her lawyer was not informed about any procedural action of the court.

Commenting on the situation, which turned out to be ex-wife Dzhigarkhanyan, her lawyer wrote that it regularly receives a large number of calls from sympathizers.

“Mara, like many women, just the one that followed her man without looking back, in full confidence, not expecting a blow in the back. But it happened, so we will continue to prove the innocence Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya”, – wrote the lawyer of the pianist in the microblog.

So on Wednesday, March 28, the court upheld the decision in the case Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya unchanged. However, counsel pianist Larisa Shirokova considers the withdrawal of money from the cell Bank to be illegal. According to the representative of Vitalina, the sanction of article on which accuse her client, involves a security measure in the amount not exceeding 200 thousand rubles. As reported RIA Novosti, the lawyer promised to file an appeal.

Armen Dzhigarkhanyan divorced Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya in November 2017. Then, in Kuntsevsky court of Moscow granted the petition of divorce filed by the Director. In February of this year Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya said that it intends to challenge the decision. According to Vitalina in her life with Armen Borisovich intervened a third party, which and set up of the master against his wife.
