The niece of the artist received overwhelming evidence from Serbia. According to the document, read out in the program “Male/Female”, the singer and his lover has not entered into Union in the country.

For several months the war continues with the heirs of Oleg Yakovlev for his property. In his will, which left the man only mentions his niece and best friend. It seemed that the issue of distribution of property and funds is solved, but intervened in the case of Alexander Kutsevol. The civil wife of the actor gave the document according to which it five years ago married the soloist of group “Ivanushki International”.

However, this paper caused a lot of controversy and doubt from friends Yakovlev. Another heroine of the program “Male/Female” was the sister of Oleg, who explained why not believe in marriage of uncle and Kutsevol.

“He kept saying he wasn’t going to marry her. My Sasha was a normal relationship, we talked on the phone. However, Oleg didn’t say anything about this wedding. The last changes in his will were introduced in 2017, shortly before his death, and he didn’t mention Sasha, as a successor. There appear only two names: mine and Romana Radova, his longtime friend,” – said Tatiana Yakovleva.

In the Studio also had friends Oleg and Alexandra. They confirmed that they knew about the ceremony, but saw on the finger at Kutsevol the ring could be an engagement.

To understand the dispute, Tatyana Yakovleva submitted a request to Serbia, where the alleged marriage was contracted. Within six months she waited for a response, and in the end, a formal statement of a foreign state was first read in the program.

“I have the honour to convey the message of the city administration of čačak about what corresponding record of marriage in 2012 between Oleg Yakovlev and Alexandra Kutsevol not entered in the register of the Registrar of čačak” – read presenter Alexander Gordon.

Thus, the marriage between Alexandra and Oleg was not concluded, and thus any claim on the property of singer are invalid. Moreover, Gordon advised Tatyana Yakovleva to go to court with the claim about fraud on the part of Kutsevol.

The news shocked everyone in the room, because many truly believed that the actor and his fiancee were married. Earlier Tatyana has told that for the next few days they scheduled another court, which may decide the fate of the inheritance.

Apparently, Alexandra Kutsevol will not be able to claim the property of Oleg Yakovlev. However, the leading program “Male/Female” noticed that the young woman has done a lot for the musician, and deserves to get something from his estate.
