CSKA Moscow suffered as a result of the purchase of real estate located in the center of Moscow. As appears from criminal case materials, at the disposal of journalists, the footballer signed a deal with Ildar Semievil, former Deputy of the state Duma.

As journalists, football player Fedor Smolov suffered as a result of roguish actions of malefactors. The athlete bought an apartment 194 sq. m. in the elite Metropolitan residential complex in Khamovniki, which cost him 200 million rubles. However, the property was in pledge at Bank.

According to media reports, Smolov has purchased housing at the former Deputy of the state Duma from party “Fair Russia” Ildar won two awards. At the moment, the former politician is under arrest for fraud with real estate in the Moscow region, which is estimated at 850 thousand dollars.

Law enforcement officers find out all circumstances of incident. The investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case of fraud, the proceedings of which were at the disposal of correspondents.

It is reported that CSKA Moscow got in touch with Ildar Semievil with the help of his friend, businessman Ruslan Fakhriev. The athlete was convinced in buying the property, explaining that he was doing a good discount, as a similar apartment in Khamovniki are 10-20 million rubles more expensive. Low cost per square meter, the player explained the alleged fact that one of the co-investors of construction of residential complex is under the control of the organizations associated with Semievil.

The contract was signed in March last year with his father Fyodor Smolova Michael. On the appointed day he brought in the sales office of a luxury complex funds in the amount of 163,5 million roubles. They were handed over to the representative, won two awards. The remaining amount Smolov was planning to make after the apartment will draw on his name. But with this procedure suddenly have difficulties – it turned out that the property is in pledge at Bank.

To resolve the issue, Fyodor Smolov addressed to the General Director of one of the co-investors of construction of residential complex. Under his influence, the athlete signed a supplementary agreement which made the rent the balance of the required amount of 27.6 million rubles. The other side was obliged to pay to the Bank in the coming months. According to journalists, the buyer has not removed the encumbrance from real estate Smolov.

The criminal case against samieva of fraud on a large scale was initiated in early February of this year. According to investigators, he initially did not plan to meet its obligations to the Bank and Fedor Smolov. Interviewed witnesses of the transaction, as suggested by law enforcement officials were not aware of the intentions of the former Deputy.

After reviewing the materials of the criminal case, journalists of “Kommersant” tried to get comment from Fedor Smolov on the situation, but to get in touch with him have not yet succeeded.
