Last night in Almaty have detained one of two suspects in the murder of a figure skater Denis ten. The athlete died in a local hospital. Yesterday afternoon, Ten saw two unknown men wanted to steal the mirrors, removing them from his car. Between the owner and thieves scuffle ensued. As a result, Dennis was stabbed in the thigh. He was hospitalized already in a state of clinical death. Doctors were unable to save 25-year-old figure skater, as inflicted the wound was incompatible with life.
Police have opened a criminal case under article “Murder” and began looking for suspects. After work one offender was arrested. “In the second search activities are performed for his detention”, — have informed in local law enforcement.
It is known that the attackers were 24-year-old native of Kyzylorda region of the Republic Arman Kudaibergenov and Nuraly Dauletbekovich of kiesow. The second of the attackers confessed in the presence of counsel.
June 13 Denis Ten was 25 years old. He is the only athlete from Kazakhstan who won medals of the Olympic games (2014), world Championships (2013, 2015), continental championship (2015), winter Universiade (2017), winter Asian games (2011) and many other major competitions.
Ten were trained in Russia, so was familiar with many Russian skaters. They all could not hide his emotions after learning about the death of Dennis.
“What could be comments? Brutally murdered Denis Ten – the man of great talent, our friend, one of his favorite students. An amazing person and friend,” — said Tatiana Tarasova.

Denis had his own idea: to make a film about the relationship of deaf girls and dumb boys. Director and producer Timur Bekmambetov wants to realize the project of tena. “It is a great tragedy. We will try to implement his idea, film-homage to multi-talented person,” said the filmmaker “TASS”.
