deliberately turned anti-mainstream. Slow presentation is amazing
script, a visual feast of the camera and light, strict direction without flirting on modern film language”.

“Old movies — the thin ice — admits bubbling. — To go on it
incredibly difficult for each participant in the process. Heroes of our history
invented and, apparently, it was possible to create “author’s fantasy world”
some features of the era. But the rules of our game — “all is fair”! 30th years of XIX
century”
