In a candid interview with Emma Watson admitted that she was hard to cope with popularity.
Emma Watson (Emma Watson) graced the March cover of the prestigious magazine Vanity Fair. In a candid interview with Derek Blasberg Emma Watson (Emma Watson) spoke about his personal life and the acting profession, and also explained why he refused the lead role in the film “La La land” (La La Land).
“In my career were difficult moments when I just wanted to learn, go to school, and I was convinced that I’d be making a mistake if you refuse a role. But what’s the point in success if you’re losing your mind? I refused, and people looked at me like I’m crazy, but actually is the opposite of crazy,” said Emma.
The star of the “Harry Potter” (Harry Potter) really had a hard time: the 26-year-old Watson literally grew up on set.
“I helped book. They helped me to find a contact with father, I remember he read to me before bedtime and tell the voices of different characters. Books became my link to the outside world and friends, when I worked in a movie, says Emma. Because the book is what remained common I have with them. With age, books became my way to escape from reality.”
The actress was struggling to cope with suddenly fallen on her fame.
“In recent years, work on the “Harry Potter” I walked the red carpet and went straight to the bathroom. There I stood in the make-up and a rustling dress, looked at myself in the mirror and thought, “Who is it?” so what I did, didn’t return my feelings. I worked in the cinema in a decade, and it always seemed to me that I’m not fit for the job. Because I was too serious, a pain in the ass. But when I got older, I realized: I will continue to do it.”
“I believe that anyone who took a photo with me and then posted it to his account, interfere in my personal space. I’m not ready to let it outside. I always say, “I can give you my autograph, can chat with you and answer every fan question about the “Harry Potter”, but not in pictures.” And people usually understand. But, as a rule, do not refuse. Fans of the “Harry Potter” — a special book has completely changed the lives of some of them. I’ve seen people with a tattoo depicting my face, I know the boy who is the story about the magician helped defeat cancer. At some point the “Harry Potter” was too much in my life,” admits Emma.
The actress rarely gives interviews and has not spread about his personal life. “I can’t talk about your boyfriend, otherwise the paparazzi will be watching my every move. In Hollywood relationship often becomes a kind of reality show, a way to attract attention. I hate people who try to use me thus,” says Emma.
March 16 in theaters will start showing a new film with actress — film version of disney’s “Beauty and the beast” (Beauty and the Beast).
“I like Belle, I think it can be called a feminist. Belle Princess, but despite this she has a strong character, and she is responsible for their own destiny,” says Emma.
