Unexpected sad news came from the USA: musician Prince died at the age of 57 years. Just a few days ago, the singer had to be hospitalized with flu-like symptoms.
The body found at his home in Minnesota.
The artist, whose real name is Prince Rogers Nelson, was hospitalized last week when his private plane had to make an emergency landing due to the deterioration of his condition. However, after just a few hours he was allowed to go home.
It is reported that prior to hospitalization the artist a few weeks had the flu, but his condition has improved and on Thursday night he was on the scene: the Prince had a concert in Atlanta. The night after this concert he was taken to the hospital.
Prince started his musical career in the late ‘ 70s. he became Famous not only for its creativity, but also extravagance: the singer regularly change pseudonyms. The audience at various times, knew him as Prince, the Artist, the Artist formerly known as Prince. And at one time instead of alias, generally used by graphic symbol.
Peak of fame, Prince was in the mid 80’s, when it came his best-known hits – Purple Rain, When Doves Cry, Let’s Go Crazy. Not everyone knows that Prince was also the author of songs of other musicians: for example, he wrote the ballad Nothing Compares 2 U for Sinead O’connor.
The singer became a laureate of many awards, including an Oscar, a Grammy and a Golden globe.
