42-year-old ex-soloist of the band Hi-Fi Mitya Fomin was detained on Leningradsky Prospekt in Moscow.

The reason for the stop was uncertain drive “Mercedes” at the wheel which was the musician. As it turned out, this behavior on the road was caused by a drunk driver, whom himself was Fomin.

Conducted the medical examination showed that blood MITI no signs of alcohol. Then the police made the decision to check the singer for the presence of drugs in the body. The tests gave a positive result, i.e. the condition of clouded mind was caused by drugs.

The police have made against Mitya Fomin report under article 12.8 of part 1 of the administrative code “driving a vehicle driver in a state of intoxication”.

The judge of the world plot in Moscow decided to leave the artist without the right to drive for a period of a year and a half. He also imposed a fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
