And today it became known that the 57-year-old photographer died after a long struggle with a rare disease – amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
“It is with great sadness that we announce that Brian Randall passed away peacefully on August 5 after a three-year battle with ALS. Brian chose to keep his ALS journey a secret from the start, and those of us who cared for him did everything we could to fulfill his request,” the photographer's family made a statement.

They thanked the doctors who helped Brian and asked not to disturb them during this difficult period.
