In 2014, the charity organization “Rusfond” collected money for the treatment known singer Zhanna Friske. The artist tried to overcome a terrible disease – brain cancer. To do this, she needed expensive drugs. The result is 25 million rubles.

In June last year Zhanna Friske died. However, the relatives of the deceased artist had provided a report on the expenditure of only four million rubles. What happened to the rest of the money is still not known.

In late January, representatives of the organization “Rusfond” has addressed in Investigatory Committee with the request for excitation of criminal case on the fact of theft of funds from the account of Zhanna Friske. But as it turned out, they were refused. However, the charity does not intend to retreat.

“Today, 27 may, we appealed against the decision on refusal in excitation of criminal case to the Prosecutor in the procedure established by articles 124 and 125 of the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation”, – said at the official website of the organization.

To go to such measures, the Fund was forced after the police Department found no evidence for criminal prosecution. “Objective evidence of the existence of a crime,… in the statutory period is not established,” – said on the website of the Fund.

Now relatives of Zhanna Friske and its civil husband Dmitry Shepelev can’t agree who was in charge of the money, and who should be responsible for the costs. The singer’s father, Vladimir Ivanov, says that the map, which was money for treatment, he conveyed to son-in-law.

The broadcaster, in turn, claims the opposite. “Not negotiable, a charity that funds remaining after the treatment of Joan, must be returned to the Fund and is aimed at saving lives, for what, in fact, been collected. All of my documents and receipts of treatment costs in September were handed over by me to the Fund. The fate of the remaining funds we all have to learn, as the account was at the disposal of parents and attorney Jeanne”, he said.
