The Director tries his hand at business. Rezo Gigineishvili long wanted to run in the capital work of our own institution, but for a long time could not deal with this issue. After traveling during filming, he decided to create a cozy place with Georgian national cuisine.

Restaurant with Georgian cuisine on 55 seats was opened in the heart of the capital, at the Patriarch’s ponds, not far from the house Rezo and his wife, actress Hope Mikhalkov.
– In the childhood we with kitty (Alexey Kiselev, partner of Rezo. – Approx. “StarHit”) walked Patrick, where he grew up and dreamed that I would open something different, ” says Rezo. – All my family and friends gathered in Tbilisi at the table, mom cooks very well… Now this tradition continues in the country. For the week, Rezo has managed to feed many friends: Igor Vernik and Anna Melikyan, Ingeborga Dapkunaite and Ksenia Sobchak, which came to the delight of baked quince with vanilla ice cream. Appreciated the kitchen and Nadezhda Mikhalkova. She liked the walnut sauce, a dish served in a low-calorie sauce Bage. By the way, visit the restaurant not only stars, average bill is 1200 RUB.
– I’ve traveled to Georgia, when filming “Love with accent” and saw that the kitchen indeed is different in different parts of the country. I wrote down the recipes, feeling that it would ever be useful. I once went to a restaurant in Tbilisi, it was very tasty. It was different from the kitchen, to which we are accustomed in Moscow. This originality and prompted the idea to open a chef restaurant in Moscow, told the “StarHit” Rezo.
The restaurateur also notes that the Georgian feast is not only a way to satisfy your hunger, but also a good platform to meet with friends. Rezo says that his institution is the author’s view on cooking, and he along with the chef constantly strives to experiment to please the guests.
