In his Instagram Regina posted a video confessing that during pregnancy and after the birth she helped yoga.

“Many people think that #Yoga is just sitting, wasting time and boredom. I don’t think so. Yoga is a practice for people who are in search of internal balance, harmony and not pumping muscles. As soon as you pump your brain, muscles also will be tightened!!! I assure you! Yoga teaches endurance and how to properly treat their own bodies, not forcing it. And during pregnancy it is even more important and need to do yoga, of course, if there are no contraindications, because yoga is one of the most effective ways to prepare for childbirth.

Every propekanie #OM helps to relax with a strong undulating sensation in childbirth.
