Grandfather of future first-born Meghan Markle Prince Charles spoke about his fear for the kid.

In the spring of next year, the newly minted Duchess of Sussex and her husband Prince Harry will become parents for the first time. For his father Harry, Prince Charles, the baby will be the fourth grandchild (or granddaughter, because the baby’s gender will be unknown until the birth). The other day Charles, during a tour of Africa, raised the issue of environmental pollution with plastic waste. Huge damage caused to nature and people such wastes, the process of decomposition which takes 100-200 years, are very concerned about the Prince.

“Soon I will have another grandchild. I suspect that many of you will also be grandchildren or already have now. I think it’s crazy the fact that we bequeath them completely polluted world. All grandchildren deserve a better future. The amount of plastic entering the ocean every year only increases. We really can’t let this continue,” said Prince Charles.
