Jenna Dewan looked incredibly happy when he demonstrated markedly rounded tummy during a fun-filled outing with their six-year-old daughter Everly in rainy Los Angeles on November 30.

He wants to have more time to communicate with his daughter. The actor has filed legal documents obtained by TMZ, to create a schedule for both parents during the holidays, including thanksgiving, Halloween, birthday, Everly, Winter holidays and much more. He also wants to make sure he and Jenna, who now meets with Steve Qazi, get to FaceTime with my daughter when they are not in one place.
According to the documents, Channing said that the reason he is requesting a schedule of their time of custody, is that he and Jenna both live very busy lives and find it difficult to develop a working strategy which they are both satisfied. “Because of our ever changing work schedules we had a conflict because of adjustments to our schedules that both parties could have equal time with our daughter Everly”, — stated in the documents. The documents also says that he wants a special consultant assisted in planning schedules for meetings.

Channing also demanded that Everly was missing school no more than 5 days a year for “work-related cases,” the Agency said. “Jenna and I are lucky that we have work that offers us a unique opportunity,” continued the star of Magic Mike in the documents. “I would like to share this experience with Everly, and I think she could benefit from such opportunities”.
Finally, he asked the judge to prohibit the use of image, name, or similarity Everly in any profitable advertising, sponsorship or promotion without the consent of the other parent.
Jenna and Channing broke up in April of 2018, after he was married nearly eight years.
