In the summer, when the heat gets to us on the street, at home and in offices, the usual soups and main dishes seem too heavy and hot, I want something light, refreshing, cool. Recommend making a summertime snack of cottage cheese with radish and herbs. This is a tasty and healthy dish is perfect for summer breakfasts, or for a light dinner, it can also bring on a picnic.
For cooking summer snacks with cheese with radish and herbs you will need:
- 450g of cottage cheese 9%
- 7-10 pieces of radish
- horseradish (paste) 4 tbsp.
- 150 ml cream 20%
- the juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons gelatin

- salt to taste

The curd is placed in a deep bowl and mash well.

4 table spoon of horseradish (less if you don’t love this seasoning).
