Родители Жанны Фриске просят Мосгорсуд отменить решение по иску «Русфонда»

The parents of the deceased singer Zhanna Friske Vladimir and Olga Kopylova asked the Moscow city court to cancel the decision on the claim “Rusfond”. The couple filed an appeal and demanded to cancel the previous decision in this case, according to which they and their grandson Plato Shepelev must return to the charity Fund of 21.6 million rubles.

This became known from the press Secretary of the Perovsky district court of Moscow Andrei Sharov.
“The court has received an appeal from Vladimir and Olga Friske. The date of its consideration in Moscow city court is not appointed yet” — told reporters the Balls.

Representatives of the charity Fund “Rusfond” first simple demanded from the parents of Joan as heirs of the deceased reports on the use of funds, but they were in no hurry to provide them.
