The world has heard the message with the official confirmation of pregnancy, the newly minted Duchess of Meghan Markle.
Almost immediately after the solemn wedding ceremony held in may of this year, the Western press began to report about the imminent pregnancy of the Duchess of Sussex, and then, finally, came the official confirmation of Kensington Palace.
“Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce that the Duchess of Sussex are waiting for a child who will be born in the spring of 2019. Their Royal Highness praised the support they received from people around the world since their wedding in may, and are happy to share this joyful news with the public,” the statement reads.
Baby, the floor of which will be kept secret until the birth, will be for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s firstborn, and seventh in the queue of claimants to the throne.
