Russian writer Mikhail Consumables continues to try to prove that Hollywood’s “the Martian” directed by Ridley Scott, is a plagiarism of his own script, written several years ago.

Again Michael’s attempts were in vain. Hamovnichesky court of Moscow dismissed the appeal of the claimant about collecting from the Respondent (the movie company “20 Century Fox CIS”) 50 million rubles.

“The judicial Board has defined: the decision of the Khamovniki court of Moscow to leave without change, the appeal complaint Raskhodnikova — without satisfaction”, — stated in the verdict of the judge.

Recall that in the previous decided court stated that the similarity of the stories in “the Martian” Raskhodnikova and the novel by Andy Weir (which was filmed) is a random coincidence.
