The actress wants to buy a spacious apartment in the center of Moscow, but is forced to leave the mansion in the suburbs. Maria Golubkina told that the three-storey house is situated in a cosy gated village. 
Actress Maria Golubkina decided to part with the estate – it was put up for sale a house in the suburbs. Mansion artist purchased 10 years ago, but now she needed a change – she has plans to move, but because the proceeds will be spent on new housing. Maria explained why her announcement of the sale appeared on the pages in social networks.
“Actually, I sell the house for the past year, turned to the realtor, but it did not matter. Friends advised me to not hesitate to publish in social networks, the more so buyers definitely will know that it’s my apartment, told Golubkina “StarHit”. – I specifically do not call open price because negotiable, and I’m going to discuss it with specific candidates.”
The mansion has three floors of 400 square meters is located on 24 acres in the district of Khimki near Moscow. The house is located in a gated community that features a private pond and places to stay. Maria said it is very comfortable, and for those who like to relax away from the bustle of the city, will enjoy spending time in nature. Also near the village is a supermarket. Golubkina admitted that she tried to pass house for rent, but then was forced to abandon his idea for the dream.
“I just want to live in downtown when I was a renter, but could not decide to sell the house to buy the apartment. All the friends tried to dissuade me from this step to leave this alone, – admitted the actress. – I listened to them-listened, and then realized that he converted into a hotel. Had to make a volitional decision, because if you do not leave, I have another 50 years there will carry out!” 
Maria had already left the spacious mansion, where the ground floor is a living room, dining room and kitchen. On the second – three bedrooms, and the third was conceived as a place where you can arrange a cinema hall, next to which there is an open bathroom.
Maria has an apartment in Moscow, however, now she doesn’t live there. Golubkina admitted that she is uncomfortable, but to part with the property not wants. She hoped that soon her dream of spacious housing will be realized.
“Now I moved in with my mom, although I have my own apartment, but I was there alone. I felt so comfortable that mom and help with her firmly, she will not say a word across, – admitted Mary. – Especially because I have always lived here. I hope that the house will sell, buy apartment. Want the dog to have, and in a small apartment is, alas, impossible!”
