The space race and Soviet “perestroika” era of hippies and the era of the selfie, the advent of the Internet and facebookmake… Over the past 50 years, the world has changed beyond recognition. The test of time were only a few phenomena.

One of such phenomena – the big Mac, which this year marks exactly a century later, in honor of the Russian pop idols of the last decades recorded a cover version of the legendary song about a sandwich.

Throughout the five decades of its existence, the big Mac had United the people: and simple, and creative. It ordered the Soviet actors and musicians, when escaped from behind the “iron curtain” on tour in Europe.

Later, when McDonald’s opened in Russia, the building was used for night rehearsals of young musicians who have not had the money to hire the Studio.

In the 70s, when the big Mac has become internationally popular, it was invented by the longest advertising patter of all times and Nations: “Two meat patties grill, special sauce, cheese, cucumbers, lettuce and onion all on a sesame seed bun, the only way, and that’s a big Mac”.

In the original it reads: “Twoallbeefpattiesspecialsaucelettucecheesepicklesonionsonasesameseedbun®”.
