sports cinema “Krasnogorsky”.

On the evening of the last Vegas City Hall, summed up the creative competition of films about the sport, which saw a record number of applications — about a hundred. To participate in the competition selected about 75 art and documentary
films submitted by participants from 15 countries and 20 cities
Russia.

Estimated
the competition program of the international competent jury consisted of figures
of culture and arts, politics and sports: Yana Batyrshina, Yulia Vysotskaya, Irina Slutskaya, Vasili Solovyov and others. And leading the ceremony were the Evelina Bledans and Dmitry Guberniev.

The winner in the category “Best screenplay” was the film “Zhol: the path of the boxer” (Kazakhstan); “Best hero” recognized wrestler Alexander Karelin in the movie “Fight with himself” (Russia); in the nomination “Strong
the spirit of the” beat tape “eyes wide shut” and the best Director was G (G), (Russia). In the category of documentary films marked the international project “Every Sunday: the next Chapter”, and among feature films — Russian “Box”.
