Kristina krayt undressed for the sake of Baikal

25-year-old model Kristina krayt recovered to Baikal to participate in the campaign, which for several weeks has gained unprecedented momentum.

“Today we have fulfilled another dream of mine. I’m on the lake! In my life all significant events happen spontaneously. At one point, the friends offered to “give up on the Baikal”, and I already have all the stuff collected. It was the best gift on March 8! Especially due to the high technology and the possibility to quickly organize. As we planned and who helped us in this, I’ll tell in the next post, and now I’m filled with enthusiasm and emotions. Before my eyes stretched endless snowy expanses, a real ice fairy tale, which plays in the sun millions of precious reflections. It’s beautiful everywhere. While I was driving I could not tear myself away from the scenery outside the window. But I had no idea what was waiting for me, on the most beautiful lake in our country and the world!!! It’s excitement, happiness and a sense of inner harmony, awe, that arise in the contemplation of the true power of nature!”.

Idea was not only to explore the area, but also to do a photo shoot so as to distribute the pictures with the hashtag #spacebike.

“Ice babe. Frostbitten content? I was born in Murmansk. Of course, no one in the snow I was thrown for a special school, but in kindergarten I drove every day, at a temperature of nearly -40. There is heat, even without the hat to go. The joke, the hat I wore. We went sledding, was chewing on icicles and was happy. This condition is the most important, it does not replace either the Michelin restaurants nor hotels, nor clothing. And I always knew that in life the most important thing – attitude and self-perception. One day, I was shooting in Paris, in the terrible windy weather we were dressed in thin dresses. It was three years ago, but I still remember how I was shaking and I knocked teeth. The customer was not happy with my bluish lips and coma. But at one point I got up and realized that configures itself to be afraid of the cold. What sick and all that. In fact, a moment without a jacket – it’s easy to endure, for the sake of a photo opportunity. Since then, I’m not afraid of frosts, swinging bridges, wind. After all, this is how we came up with yourself and if you think positively, to feel your body and don’t be afraid, life becomes much more interesting. I’m sure of it!”

In addition, krayt gave advice to those who are just like her, wants to go to Baikal.

“While I was running behind the dog, lost the pants, but now not about it. The best journeys begin with the words: “come on!”. So we came out this time! Deciding to go to lake Baikal, we realized that we only have three days to pack and organize. This is very little to arrange everything, especially in the wild and on the other end of our country. And I am very grateful to @baikalika for what they said and thought of everything themselves until we have finished business in Moscow. In Irkutsk we were waiting for the approved itinerary and a guide who knows the places where no foot of man!!! I saw no broken icicles, although I know that not all tourists are so lucky, and this is a super sight! But completely knocked me out the rift of ice, I was on the one hand scary, on the other it is a thrill and delight! Thanks for the memories my friends and the organizers!”.

“Cat got your tongue! This is the phrase that I constantly repeat from the moment I arrived in Irkutsk. Buryat cuisine – just a delight! We were in “the Dalai cafe”, there is just a fabulous potato pancakes with sour cream and we didn’t constrain your appetite. And the direction to lake Baikal you can eat in a “Yurt”. From the fresh, frosty air hungry every time and suddenly this place came through for us. Full and satisfied we are with a vengeance researched all the beauty and attractions of the frozen lake. And now I’m “the expert” Buryat cuisine, a joke! With great pleasure I tasted local husary – like pasties and postures – these are large dumplings. They say that this dish comes from the Chinese “baozi”, outwardly similar, but very unique. Oh, and for tea, coffee and a cosy atmosphere go to cafe “Francis”.
