Konstantin Raikin, the artistic Director of the Satirikon theatre named person of the year by the theatre critics of ATK. This is stated in the press release of the organization.

Such an honored name of Constantine was awarded “for courage and uncompromising in defending the freedom of creativity.” According to representatives of the Association of theatre critics, Raikin demonstrated these qualities during his sensational performances during the Congress of the Union of theatrical figures. Then he sharply criticized the “fighters for morality”, saying the pressure on culture and its development.
Man of the year was also named the theater and cinema actor Yevgeny Mironov, the Director Vsevolod Lisovsky, critic Inna Solovyova and conductor Teodor Currentzis.
