So, in early October, these persons began to spread about me in the media of defamatory information that I, Philip Kirkorov, is a thief and allegedly stole Didier Marouani song “Cruel love”, and that I do plagiarize, and that more than 30 of my songs were stolen from various artists”.

Today it was decided not to initiate a criminal case at the request of Kirkorov in connection with absence of structure of a crime.
