Irene Nelson, the ideal figure which can envy and 20-year-old girl, shared her recipes for light and hearty dishes, from which it will never recover. “Pumpkin is a very useful and extremely tasty
product. And spring, when seasonal vegetables from the shops yet, she occupies a very important place in my diet.

A pumpkin of medium size will need 3-4 tablespoons of tablespoons of honey. Cut the pumpkin, clean out all the seeds with a spoon, peel, cut into cubes — large
as you like. Spread an even layer of the pumpkin slices
on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put the baking pan into the heated oven and
bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the pan and pour the pieces with honey.
If desired, you can substitute honey for the sugar. To send a pumpkin in the oven
another 10 minutes”.

Irene Nelson for several years now — vegan. Therefore, in its menu a variety of dishes from vegetables. For example, fried avocado. “Take one firm avocado, cut into “roundels”. Pour on a heated frying pan olive oil and fry avocado on a slow fire. Importantly, this vegetable don’t fry it!”

Vegetarian from Nelson is even the ear that is prepared without fish! “You will need one pack of tofu, one potato, nori sheets (they wrap sushi), one onion and spices for soup. Tofu cut into slices, and potato cubes and cook on a slow fire. Add spices, cut into strips nori and
chopped onions and cook until tender. Ear without fish ready. Even
avid fans of fish soups can’t understand what sort of fish used in the preparation of this dish!”
