The investigation of the criminal case against the ex-wife of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya ended. This media representatives said an informed source close to the investigation.
According to the insider, Vitalina in the presence of her attorney was charged with the final edition on article 137 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Infringement of inviolability of private life”). Pianist faces a fine in the amount up to 200 thousand roubles or imprisonment for the term up to two years.
Reporters contacted the lawyer ex-wife Dzhigarkhanyan Larissa shirokovoy. The representative Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya has confirmed that received wide publicity. According to the lawyer, Vitalina still maintains his innocence in the acts attributed to her.
“The amount of the charges is not changed, the charges in the same form and on the same grounds as before: collect and disseminate information on the private life of Armen Borisovich Dzhigarkhanyan. Blame my client does not recognize, as the accusation is preposterous,” said Shirokov. 
Earlier Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya said that plans to punish offenders. The woman’s lawyer has prepared more than a dozen libel suits. According to Vitalina, spiteful critics deliberately spread the information discrediting her honor and dignity. Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya also wrote applications in law enforcement to stop the dissemination of information not corresponding to reality.
