From 6 to 13 June in Sochi will host the next festival.

While the views of all moviegoers the world glued to Gangnam (read more here), on the Black sea coast is in full swing preparing for the Russian film festival.

The selection Committee has completed its work. And announced 14 films in the competition, of which – 9 openings!

“There are a lot of debutant Directors and famous actors who try themselves in new roles. Here Gosha Kutsenko, for example, tried his hand in the Director’s chair and will present on “Kinotavr” his first film “the Doctor”, – said at a press conference with journalists the President of the festival Alexander Rodnyansky.

Another surprise for audiences will be the picture “After you”, where the main role was played by Sergey Bezrukov, and the Director became his new girlfriend – Anna matison.

To decide the fate of the paintings and choose the best this year will be the Creator of the “Crew” Nikolay Lebedev, and the jury will include actors Sergei Shakurov, Maria Shalaeva, producer dzhanik Faiziev, writer Anna Parmas and film critic Nina Zarkhi.

But who among the stars will appear at the opening, remains a mystery. Invitations sent to many, but who will come, it seems, do not know even the organizers.

14 films entered the main competition of “Kinotavr”:

10. “I know how to knit” (debut). Director: Nadezhda Stepanova, with the participation of Sergei Ivanov. Starring: star, “Instagram” Irina Gorbacheva.
