A couple of days ago Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti has stated that it refuses to perform in Estonia, Armenia and Russia.

The decision of the musician based on the fact that the company, which was to organize concerts, violated the terms of the contract.

The statement said that the Russian organizer “repeatedly violated the agreed monetary obligations intended to cover the costs of holding the show Ramazzotti at a high international level”: “We waited until the very last moment, when you could still have time to ensure the highest quality show as planned, but we still have not received payments for upcoming shows”.

As expected, trials are unavoidable. The way it happened.

“Global communication” (concert organiser) prepared a petition, which on Monday will be submitted to the Arbitration court of Moscow. At the moment the lawsuit is the amount of 1.5 million euros, but this amount may be increased to 5 million euros, said the lawyer of the company.

“We paid for sites, offices, we have incurred considerable costs. Moreover, the fees that we paid Ramazzotti, we also want them to return, we believe their damages. Ramazzotti a lot of money, but do not come”, — said pravovich.
