32-year-old Irish actor Donal Gleeson may be the Creator of the fabulous character, loved by millions of children around the world.

According to TheHollywoodReporter, the star of the movie “four weddings and a funeral” was invited to play the lead in the biopic “goodbye, Christopher Robin” (Goodbye ChristopherRobin), where he will play by English writer Alan Milne, author of stories about the bear Winnie-the-Pooh.

The main storyline in the movie will be Milan’s uneasy relationship with his son Christopher Robin, who, in fact, became the prototype of the literary hero.

The film will be directed by Simon Curtis, who previously worked on the film “7 days and nights with Marilyn” and “David Copperfield”.
