Singer Dima Bilan has admitted that he lost 12 pounds.

He lost 12 pounds in 4 months due to the transition to a new type of food – the raw food diet. It is one kind of veganism with complete exclusion from the diet of animal products, including milk and eggs. Diet is basically the food has not been subjected to any heat treatment – boiling, frying and the like.
