“Johnny Holliday left us. I

Johnny, who was extremely popular in France, and the United States,
died from cancer, on 74-m to year of life.

Holliday, who was called
the “French Elvis Presley”, was born in Paris. His mother is a famous model and
Belgian singer — didn’t bother with his son. Holliday raised his two
aunt. One of them was married to a dancer-American, and the boy subsequently
“borrowed” his stage name. Johnny made his stage debut in 1956, singing
the song “The Ballad of Davy Crockett”. Then he made his debut in cinema in the film “Diabolique”.

Since then, he managed to play in three
extra dozen films, having
to work with such famous Directors as Jean-Luc Godard, Claude Lelouch, Henri-Georges Clouzot… as for his
vocal works, which he began imitating Elvis, thanks to his
records, he was recognized as one of the best-selling artists in history.
Speaking at the scene, johnny has made 118 tours. As for his
albums, 18 of them were certified platinum, and has sold 110 million
copies.

Personal life singer was also
very stormy. He was married 5 times. His first wife was singer Silvi Vartan,
and Letitia Bodo reporting on his death, became wife number five. Five
marriage johnny had three children. However, like any rock star it was not
