Cyril
Tolmatskogo, better known as rapper Decl, filed a lawsuit against the rapper Basta. With a lawsuit
in Basmanny court of Russia, the artist asked for statements of Basta in one of
social networking: he called Tolmatskogo “shaggy schmuck”. Decl found that
the statement caused him moral damage, expressed in moral
