In March on the territory of the state children Kidzania opened a dairy factory, where young visitors can prepare their own fresh dairy products. One of the first Sunday, 27 March was visited by Yulia Baranovskaya with children Artem, Yana and Arseny, Inna Zhirkov with her son Dima and daughter Milana, Margarita Mitrofanova with daughter Polina, Ekaterina Drobysh and his son Nikita, Vladimir Epifantsev with his son Gordey, Maria Zheleznyakova, Dmitry Shipilov with son Sasha, and others.

The factory guys met the “chief technologist” – the supervisor of Kidzania, who told them about the history of yogurt and explained the details of the production process. At first, all dressed in uniform and wash your hands thoroughly. And then the fun began.

Milk pumped from the milk tanker into a tank factory, and its quality was tested with special equipment. After that the young employees of the dairy began the process of homogenization, pasteurization and fermentation, and employee Kidzania explained why you need each of them. In parallel, the students learned that such immunity as it is associated with Lactobacillus Casei, where they live and why. After fermentation – again laboratory tests that showed that the manufacture of the product is successful. After the yogurt has added berry jams and vitamins, he was ready! The final chord – bottling into jars and bottles.

As the children mastered the profession “milk master”, the parents received advice about balanced nutrition of the child and how to form correct eating habits, one of the best experts on nutrition, and the youngest had fun in the cosy kindergarten “Theme”.
