50-year-old Sergey Karyakin played in many popular TV shows, such as “Poor Nastya”, “Anna – Detective”, “Dyatlov Pass” and others.

Today, the artist turned to his fans and shared the disturbing news – he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of tongue cancer. The disease develops rapidly and Karjakin can no longer talk.

“I am sick and very serious. This is cancer. Worst of all, cancer of the tongue. And the first thing I lose is my profession. Although I didn't have long to grieve about it. Now we just need to survive. There are chances. The disease was diagnosed too late, the form is aggressive, the localization is extremely uncomfortable, in short, I am not operable. But there is also immunotherapy, and in my case this is a chance. I get it under compulsory medical insurance, that is, for free, but there is a problem, ”said the artist, adding that due to chemo and radiation therapy, his body has weakened, now he weighs 47 kilograms.

To gain strength to fight the disease and to restore the body a little, the help of specialists is needed. Relatives sent the artist to a paid hospital, paid for the first days of stay in the institution, but this is not enough.

“The first days are paid. How many days do you need? Yes, maybe not much. The main thing is to start. Your help is very much needed. I have lost all opportunities to earn. Even private online lessons are impossible – I'm not saying at all. I eat and breathe through a straw, ”the actor wrote on his Vkontakte page and asked those who were not indifferent to help.

Sergey Karyakin is married. His wife Lilia supports him and collects help.
