The court ruled in favor of actress Angelina Jolie in a sale lawsuit stakes in the wine business.

Winery Chateau Miraval in the south of France, Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt acquired two years after the beginning of the novel, in 2008. The wedding of the stars took place there in 2014. In 2016, Jolie filed for divorce, some details of which have not yet been settled, although six years have passed – this also affected the winery. When buying the chateau, Jolie and Pitt agreed that they would not sell their shares without the consent of each other, but Angie recently sold her part of the business. Pitt sued her demanding that the deal be cancelled.

The court sided with Jolie and confirmed that she had full right to sell . Also during the trial, the idea was expressed that hatred for the ex-wife literally overshadows Pitt's mind and does not allow him to soberly assess the situation. In addition, it turned out that Pitt abused his ownership rights and did not even consult Jolie when making transactions, allowing repeated financial violations – because of them, the chateau, for example, still cannot approve last year's accounts.
