All those who have reached the age of majority, “Baltika” was invited to his tent on the site of the “Beer sommelier”. There for 4 days for everyone in the accessible form told all about the beer, its rich palette of taste, about which way it goes from field to glass and most importantly destroyed the established myths about this drink.
It turns out that in 100 ml of beer contains just 45 calories, which is even lower than in the lemonade and especially hard liquor. And not to gain too much weight, enough to pick up to this natural drink, light meals and salads. So all the talk about the high caloric content of beer is just a myth from those who do not know a measure in meal.
And yet, the beer opens up excellent opportunities for desserts, and demonstrated in his master class, chef and culinary expert “PwnageTool” Sergei Sinitsyn, and prepare Panna cotta with blueberry-beer topping.
As it turned out, ZateckyGusCerny dark lager with notes of toasted malt, caramel and velvety aroma hops allows you to set off the sweetness of the dish and complement it with new original notes.
