The other day in Moscow started the festival in which guests and participants sounded very unusual call.

The organizers invited all the guests to remove the “shorts”. However, the clothes it had no relationship, and “SHORTS” are short films, as well as the name of this international film festival. So, the call to remove the “shorts” turned out to be very logical.

The start of the festival was given in Moscow on the first day guests, among which were noted producer Peter Shanks, actors Ruslan Kalimullin and Evgeny Osipov, met with the rules, watched the movies and winners of past years, and also received gifts from partners, including “the Tula brewery”.

The competition the voting will take place in several stages, and solemn rewarding of winners will take place in mid-November in the atrium of the Tula Kremlin. It was then, and will know who best shoots “shorts”.
