November on the air of NTV will be the main revolutionary series this fall — great adaptation of the novel of Alexey Tolstoy “purgatory”. Premiere
the series marks the 100th anniversary of the October revolution.

12-serial
the film tells of a turning point for Russia the events of 1914-1919
years. The main role in the film was played by Yuliya Snigir, Anna chipovskaya, Leonid
Bichevin and Paul Trubiner.

The series
“Ordeal” is based on the legendary novel about destinies of Russian
intelligentsia before the Revolution. In the center of the story — Bulavin sisters: Kate and
Dasha, the role which was played Snigir and chipovskaya.

Dasha
Bulavin come to learn in law school from his native Samara to St. Petersburg.
She lives together with her older sister Kate and her husband, lawyer Nikolai
By Sokolnikova (Aleksey Kolgan). Dasha head goes into the life of the creative Bohemia of the Northern capital
and fascinated young poet Aleksey Bessonov (Anton Shagin).

But one evening family
way of life is collapsing: it turns out, Bessonov stole the heart of her married sisters. After

Anya
Chipovskaya talks about the role of Dasha, Bulavina: “I
madly in love in Dasha, with all the seeming fragility and youth she

nobility, loyalty, strength, humor, love, everything blends together extremely
rare. In my opinion, Dasha is there.”

Kate
— the eldest of the sisters, the difference between them is 5 years. In the beginning of the story Katie
a husband and a house that she turned into a Bohemian interior with futuristic
paintings. The only thing lacking is their home happiness. When close
becoming aware of her affair with the poet by Bessonov, the family is falling apart:
Nikolai went to the Crimea, Kate is in France.

Home it returns
The first world war. In Moscow Katya works together with Dasha sisters
mercy. Then she meets a young captain Vadim Roschin. It
immediately falls in love with Katya, but did not dare to ruin her marriage.

“I
it seems that for Katie, this story is not only growing, but
accepting yourself and your nature, says Snigir. — Kate runs away from his nature, tries to be

after meeting with Roschin begins the process of finding yourself. That’s when she

The first world war comes to an end, it seems that happiness is close But…
revolution and civil war life-changers Bulavin sisters, their families
and the whole country. “Ordeal” for them is not a metaphor, and real
life.

World
the premiere show was held in October 2017 in Cannes, the largest
international TV market MIPCOM. The Russian premiere of the series took place in
cinema “October” November 15, 2017: on the premiere gathered more than 2000 guests.
