APR fashion historian and TV presenter Alexander Vasilyev will open at VDNKH
the cycle of exhibition projects. During the year, in the pavilion №16
“Hydrometeorology” will be held three exhibitions in which before
the audience in all its diversity will see a unique collection
historical costume, dedicated to the twentieth century: “Spring fashion”, “Beach
fashion” and “Glamour of the 80’s”.

Open exhibition, the cycle exhibition called “Spring and fashion. Collection of Alexandre Vassiliev Foundation”. Gentle
colors, exquisite stencil designs, plant and flower
motives, gas, scarves, skirts in the style of new-look, styled
Christian Dior in 1947, calico and chiffon, crepe de Chine and
crepe Georgette is the accompaniment of Soviet songs dedicated to spring,
visitors to the exhibition will plunge into the nostalgic atmosphere of the twentieth century.
The exposition will include about 200 items: dresses, accessories, photos,
postcards and other artifacts from the Alexandre Vassiliev Foundation. Also available
there will be an unusual floral design of the pavilion.

“Spring
a very strong influence on fashion. First, after hibernation it first
