Even before the accident that happened to Marina Khlebnikova , there were a lot of unpleasant rumors about the singer.

She herself denied this as best she could, and one of the few who supported her before and after the terrible fire was the poet Herman Witke. He strongly rejected idle speculation that Marina allegedly fell into depression and alcoholism and fell asleep with a cigarette not extinguished.

But last Friday, the 53-year-old poet, who created such masterpieces as “La-la-fa”, “Barefoot Boy” , “My sun, get up”, died of a heart attack.

It is not surprising that Khlebnikova was one of the first to arrive at a memorial service for an old friend.

Cheerful the performer of the hits “A Cup of Coffee”, “Rains” and “The Sun” was completely unrecognizable in a black wig and long mourning clothes.

After the fire that occurred in the singer's apartment a year ago, Marina was very badly burned , her face, one might say, “sewn piece by piece.”
Naturally, this greatly affected her appearance and mental state.
