A few days ago, another trial took place between the former spouses.

Quite a bit of time has passed since the official divorce of Agata Muceniece and Pavel Priluchny, but all the problems between them have still not been resolved.

Initially, the court decided that the children would stay with their mother, but when Agata decided to reconsider the amount of alimony, Priluchny made a countermove with a request to reconsider custody of the children.
The trial took place in early October, lasted about 5 hours, but did not make any decisions. After the hearing, Muceniece left the hearing in a depressed state and, refusing to comment, silently got into the car and drove away.

Unlike her, Pavel agreed to talk to journalists, but did not give any details, stating that he will always and in everything act in the interests of his children.

Later, Agata did get in touch and called what was happening in the courtroom hell. Well, and the day before, she admitted that she regretted 1000 times starting this trial with alimony. Now Priluchny wants to get custody of his son Timofey and everything is moving towards the fact that he can get it. The situation is aggravated by the fact that 11-year-old Timofey has been living with his father since the summer and does not want to return to his mother and sister Mia. Moreover, he does not even particularly want to communicate with them and asks them to leave him alone.

It is clear that Muceniece considers this manipulation and even compares her ex-husband to a maniac who can lure his victim with candy, but the court will have to decide with whom the children will live.

Well, in the meantime, Agata Muceniece is going on a trip that she has been planning for a long time and, it seems, Mia will now go live with her father for a while.
