The correspondent of the “StarHit” Mikhail Sadchikov, Jr. shared his memories of the producer, who yesterday passed away. Oleg Nepomnyashchii worked for many years with the king of the pop scene and a diva. He once introduced them, inadvertently turning thus the world of the domestic variety.

Yesterday in his Instagram the king of pop Russian singer Philip Kirkorov said that died by its first Director, O. N. Nepomnyaschy, who not only worked for him for several years, but did, perhaps, the main thing for show business brought together two superstars to forever change the Russian music industry. He at one time introduced to Alla Pugacheva with Phillip Kirkorov, not even suspecting that contributed to the creation of a new family.

Oleg Nepomnyashchii was a Director of Philip Kirkorov from 1995 to early 2000-ies. I remember this time – just when Philip had the idea to write a whole book about myself, so my parents, Michael and Ludmila Sadchikova, began to spend more time with him, almost always taking me to these meetings, shares his memories of Mikhail Sadchikov, Jr. At the time I was about 10 years old and among a large number of people who worked with Philip, Oleg Naumovich, of course, stood out.

All team members of the artist called the forgetful exclusively by name and patronymic. At the time he was a little more than 50 years, but he looked a maximum of 40 – this youthfulness remained with him for many-many years.

Secondly, he was speaking the name, which I, as a child, was unclear until the end. When someone in the group said, “Ask.”, I could not understand about whom we are talking. Another distinctive feature of Oleg Naumovich, which I remember – to become extraordinary and charming. In his face the Russian cinema and Russian theatre has lost a worthy actor. He had a pleasant voice and a bit campy dialogue, coupled with bright men’s charisma – things that are easy to get along in it. To lead the team and be with this artist, like Philip, is a big responsibility. You have always something to prove to not only everyone around, but also himself, plus we use the method of “carrot and stick”, which Oleg Naumovich mastered to perfection.

Now, many years later, analyzing the different periods of life and creativity Kirkorov, I came to the conclusion that Philip do not need anything but a Muse (in recent years it has added children). He’s a great Director, producer, publicist, composer… In all of this, he now and then manages to find his team of amazing professionals that make it even stronger, filled with creative and help him. Now in his collective reigns era Gennady Rybak – a great Director and producer, who has brought in karkonoski collective peace and stability.

The age of the forgetful, in my opinion, was a little more chaotic and a little nervous. Perhaps it was due to the fact that at that time people lived in the “dashing 90”, most still remembered how it was in the Soviet Union, all wanted the best, but no one understood how and what will happen next.

Personally, I several times heard the story of Alla and Philip and also the famous story about the fish that he brought the band from their King – it is described in detail in his book “the day will come tomorrow.”

With all the “pathos” Oleg Naumovich, I would call it a modest but brilliant man. Remember when we were in Thailand in 1998, after the speech of Philip the adults went up to his penthouse, and me, the child was sent to bed. Naturally, I was hurt and even unpleasant, but in half an hour, the phone’s ringing, and Oleg Naumovich says to me: “Misha, come on. We have mental conversations, you should not miss this.”

To me personally, and I think that many people with whom he worked, Oleg Naumovich taught some important life lessons related to communication, relationships and personal relationships. He was one of the first who began to focus on Western principles and he certainly had a “flair” for talented artists, which helped to achieve success – and for this they wanted him.
