TV presenter and gymnast Laysan Utyasheva has been happy for more than 10 years marriage to showman Pavel Volya.

Despite such a serious term, the lovers managed to maintain the sparkle in their relationship. A few days ago, the artist said on her YouTube channel that her sports background helps her with this.

In a conversation with a guest on her cooking show, Laysan admitted that she maintains the level of stretching and flexibility to this day. The gymnast literally promotes a healthy lifestyle, since it is thanks to him that the couple maintains a vibrant and active intimate relationship.

TV presenter also stated that her husband Pavel Volya added sports to his busy schedule. The showman chose boxing for himself.

“The more he plays sports, runs in the morning, the better the quality. Now many are disappointed that he is not such a bad guy. To compare Pasha at the beginning of our relationship and now – I can say that this book is just beginning to open. When partners are frank with each other, giving suggestions, respecting feelings, at that moment we are very close people,” Laysan opened up.

The host of the show “Survive in Dubai” also admitted that she relates to a variety of intimate issues with great skepticism. In her opinion, toys for adults only create a “visual” effect. Utyasheva believes that it is a healthy and fit body that responds better to impulses.
