A few days ago in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in the yard of the house № 30 along the street Tsiolkovsky was a conflict between the driver, the passenger and the paramedics. The woman, who was driving, refused to give way to doctors.
According to employees of the ambulance, they could not drive to the house where the patient was. Doctors were hurrying to a call of a 21-year-old young man who was in critical condition. Woman block the path of an emergency, do not respond to any requests from doctors. Beside her, the passenger got out of the car and made a scandal. Doctors called the outfit of the police, but the offender fled in an unknown direction. Since the incident greatly affected the ambulance, the doctors were unable to save the boy’s life. He died.
This situation has caused a wide resonance in the social networks. Some users have noted that doctors could leave the ambulance and walk to the apartment of the patient’s foot. However, the majority of people who heard about the incident, found the motorist guilty in death of boyfriend and decided to create a petition. In a document posted on one of the portals resident of Krasnoyarsk Nikita by Ranjini, it is noted that for the act the woman should be held criminally responsible.
“Considering the big public resonance of this outrageous crime, in addition to formal fine of 500 rubles for blocking the road… Please bring a female driver to criminal liability with the real term, and its passenger as an accessory to the crime. In the future it is necessary to toughen punishment for such cases. In fact, by their actions, they killed a man,” reads the petition text.

Later, the official review gave a press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. “We can only associate itself definitely with the condemnation of such actions, solidarity with those who are outraged by nepropusk ambulance. Of course, this is absolutely unacceptable,” – said the representative of the government.
On Friday, several publications reported that the investigative Committee for the Kamchatka region opened a criminal case against the driver under part 1 of article 109 of the criminal code “Causing death by imprudence”. Besides, law enforcement bodies found out that the violator is a member of the electoral Commission of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
