If you don’t know what to do this weekend, and the holidays are still far away, Woman’s Day has prepared a program for fitness in the Park “Sokolniki”. Every weekend professional teachers studios-partners of the website wishing learn one of the most effective ways of fitness.

Master class in Zumba style from the Studio Galla Dance

Zumba – style dance-based fitness program under the catchy Latin rhythms. In dance sports easier and more fun! Master class with the teachers of the Studio will be interesting for both beginners and experienced dancers.

The network of clubs GallaDance exists since 2001 and has established itself among the active and modern people in the capital and regions of Russia. In GallaDance are a variety of trends and styles: dance, European and Latin American programs, Caribbean, modern, Oriental, fitness and social dances for adults and children.

The training program “Workstretch – a mix of cardio and strength exercises combined with an intense and relaxing stretch. For 60 minutes you get the necessary basis to keep you in good shape.
