Last weekend the long-awaited wedding of the famous hockey player Alexander Ovechkin and Nastasia Subsky.

The celebration was organized one year after the young people got married in the registry office.

An unexpected surprise to the bride and groom was a gift from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Nastassja in his section of stories published the telegram from the head of state.

“Dear Anastasia and Alexander. Heartily congratulate you with the Day of the wedding. I wish the young family who joined today by Alexander Ovechkin and Anastasia Subsky, prosperity, good luck, execution of the plans. As many bright and happy days. Let your house be always filled with love and understanding. I wish you health, success and all the best”, – says in the message.

Along with the telegram to the newlyweds was presented a gorgeous set of dishes.

After the wedding the young went on a honeymoon to the Maldives.
