Investigating bodies GSU SK of Russia across Moscow
region decided to transfer the criminal case on the fact of death of the actor
Dmitry Marjanova to the Department for investigation of particularly important cases.

The first Department on investigation of especially important cases
GSU SK of Russia across Moscow region is accepted to manufacture criminal case on
the death of actor Dmitry Marjanov.

As previously reported, the evening of 15 October 2017 in
the city Lobnya Moscow region doctors refused to provide expeditious
medical care 47-year-old actor Dmitry Marjanova, resulting in
the last died. On this fact the investigative Department of the city of
Dolgoprudny initiated a criminal case on the fact of death of the actor on signs of the crime,
under part 2 of article 109 of the criminal code (causing death by negligence
due to improper execution of their professional duties).

Due to the fact that the criminal investigation
caused a public outcry, is particularly difficult, as well as for
complete and objective investigation of the management of GSU SK of Russia on MO accepted
the decision to transfer the criminal case for further investigation in the management of
for investigation of particularly important cases of GSU SK of Russia across Moscow region.

In the near future criminal case will be conducted
necessary investigative actions aimed at securing
evidentiary base. The criminal investigation continues.
