TV presenter Tina Kandelaki has appeared on a secular party in an unexpected way.

The official dress code for one of the key social events – the annual debutante Ball, involves only simple black tie. Guest of the evening was to dress in evening or cocktail dresses, but for 41-year-old Tina Kandelaki’s no rules tonight don’t seem to exist.
