“Night clowns” is a play about artists, told Catherine before the premiere. — A play about people I grew up with which brought up and among whom now
found myself. The amazing thing is that by the will of fate, these people will come to
the scene in “the Night of fools”… There is a story about the clown, I increasingly refer to it, it
clown says: “Enjoy the fact that you’re alive. If you’re alive — jump and gallop,
wave your hands, make a noise, laugh or cry, but do something… Because life is
the complete opposite of death. To die means to stop, to cease. So
now, if you’re quiet and immobile, it means that you do not live”
