Today held a hearing on the appeal filed by the parents of Jeanne Friske on a decision on the claim of the charity organization “Rusfond”.

Family Friske demanding the return of money in the amount of 21.6 million rubles. In the end, during the meeting of Vladimir Friske showed a document which stated that the daughter’s signature on a power of attorney is fake.

“Representatives “Rusfond” claim that Jeanne signed a contract with them supposedly in October 2014, but even then, she didn’t see anything and I felt very bad. They gave the court a power of attorney signed by his daughter. We gave this document to the examination, during which it became clear that the signature is fake!” – says the father of Zhanna Friske.

But in the end the court made the decision not in favor of the Friske family, so now they have to return a huge sum of money to the “Rusfond”.
